Pre-Purchase Inspections

Buying a helicopter ain't cheap. It is a huge investment usually in the range of millions of EUR. That's when a thorough pre-buy inspection comes into play. And we will be more than happy to do it for you. 

Most of the helicopters are sold AS IS WHERE IS. Some call it EX-WORKS. That means the buyer is responsible for the condition and inspection thereof. Investing a couple of hundreds EUR into a good PPI can save tens- and possibly hundreds thousand Euro later.

So what do we do during a PPI?

- Inspecting helicopter (airworthiness) records and historical records

- Compiling a limited computerized Helicopter Maintenance Programme

- Inspecting physically the helicopter 

- Inspecting helicopter engines with a borescope

- Checking track and balance (optional)

- Carrying a complete Maintenance Check Flight (MCF) and Engine Power Assurance checks (Power Checks)
